Galaxy Casual dining is situated in the Oasis Pool Grill side seating area
on the Resort deck.
The tables are covered by tablecloths for casual dining. We did not use
casual dining,
but talked to several who did, and they liked it, but did not rave about it.
Note these TWO casual dining menus were obtained by request for a copy from the
Galaxy Pursers desk, which we found to be the only place they were available
(and by request). Casual dining does not exist on the first night nor the
last night of
the cruise. On the second night of the cruise, casual dining menu 1 is
used. Casual
dining menu 2 is used on the third night. These 2 menus continue to be
alternated
through
the penultimate night of the cruise. Beginning on the second day, this was
the statement in the Galaxy Daily, "Alternative (Casual) Dining will be
offered today between 6:00pm and 9:00pm in the Oasis Pool Area, deck 11 aft, by
reservation only. Reservations can be made with the Assistant Maitre D' in
charge ext. 7122 or 76165, between 8:30am and 2:30pm; or Guest Relations, ext
7688 between 2:30pm and 5:00pm. Suggested Gratuity $2.00, per person."
